In the event that the item you ordered has become unavailable in our stores or inventory, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to locate your desired item. In the event we are unable to locate your desired item, we will reach out to you with equally beautiful alternatives for you to consider.

EXCHANGES

• We do, however, offer exchanges for item(s) of equal value or store credit.
• If your item was purchased in store, please visit one of our locations to exchange your item or receive store credit.
• Online sales may be exchanged for a gift card that can be redeemed online anytime.
• All items considered for exchange or store credit must be unworn and in the original condition.
• Exchanges must be presented within 14 days of purchase.

• We offer flat rate shipping of $9.99 on all orders under $1000. Orders over $1000 receive free shipping.
• Shipping is via USPS
• All items are insured.

• Water Street Jewelers offers free 4 month in-house layaway for 10 percent down and a minimum of 25 percent per month until the balance is paid in full.​
