​Cynthia L. Konney, our master appraiser, is GIA,  AGS,  ASA, and AGA certified. Based out of Old Saybrook, Cynthia travels to Guilford to complete appraisals for Water Street Jewelers. 

Appraisals will be written on Mondays and available for pick up within a week. We recommend all prospective appraisal pieces be brought in 24 hours in advance, or by Monday afternoon. 

Due to fluctuating market conditions, we strongly advise that you have your appraisal documents updated every 2 years, a service that we provide!
